It’s a leading question and one that might be answered in several shades of grey rather than simple black and white.
This is due to the broad range and breadth of the briefs I have fulfilled in partnership with diverse clients over 15 years. I like to think of myself as a doyen of customer behaviour.
What most of my clients have in common, whether they are new start up businesses or large multinationals, is a thirst for knowledge and application of deeply penetrating customer insights. They want to know how to effectively apply insights about their current and potential customer bases in order to provide profitable customer solutions.
